本店所有上架貨品均為韓國直送
100%韓國正貨
到貨時間
- 現貨:付款後於3個工作天內寄出。
- 預訂:自下單日起計,需等待7-21個工作天。
- 商品未標明現貨狀態均視為預訂商品。
- 若訂單包含預訂及現貨商品,默認會在所有商品到貨後一併寄出。
- 特別安排:如顧客希望優先收取現貨商品,可於下單後24小時內聯繫客服申請分批發貨。
- 分批發貨可能產生額外運費(如有),具體費用以客服通知為準。
缺貨處理
- 由於東大門換款速度快,商品可能會出現斷貨情況
- 若商品缺貨,我們會通過WhatsApp聯絡顧客,安排換貨或退款。
- 若退款後訂單金額未達免運門檻,恕不補差額或賠償。
-使用信用卡付款的訂單,退款時將收取5%手續費。
退換貨政策
-如非質量問題(買錯尺寸,顏色,款式等),恕不退換。
- 需要提供訂單編號。
- 釦眼未開、少量線頭外露或輕微脫線屬正常,是製造時常規存在的現象,非瑕疵範圍。
- 深色或紅色商品可能有少量染料殘留,屬正常情況,非瑕疵範圍。
- 印花商品因裁切位置不同,與官網照片可能略有差異,非瑕疵範圍。
商品狀態要求
退貨商品可試穿,但需符合以下條件:
- 無穿著痕跡:不得有污漬、磨損、異味或化妝品殘留。
- 未下水洗滌:商品需保持全新未洗滌狀態。
- 保留完整包裝:含吊牌、防偽標籤及所有配件。
運費責任
- 退換貨運費由顧客承擔。若因商品質量問題或商家發錯貨,可申請運費補償。
訂單確認
- 請仔細確認所購買的商品,訂單確認後無法更改。
- 購入時提交的姓名、地址、電話或其他資訊若有更改,請立即聯繫客服。
- 若因顧客提交的資訊錯誤且未及時更改導致任何問題,本店概不負責。
- 所有貨品由人手測量,可能存在1-3cm誤差。
價格調整
- 為配合不定期優惠活動,部分商品在不同階段可能以不同價格出售,屬正常價格調動,不提供補回差價安排。
結算貨幣
- 所有訂單均以港元結算。
色差說明
- 貨品可能因燈光、拍攝環境或顯示器光暗影響而出現色差,屬正常現象。
條款同意
- 本店持有營業執照
- 購買即表示您已閱讀、明白並同意以上所有條款。
All products in our store are shipping from Korea.
Delivery Time
- In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days after payment.
- Pre-order items: Require 7-21 business days from the order date.
- Items not marked as in-stock are considered pre-order items.
- If the order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, by default, all items will be shipped together once all items are available.
- Special arrangement: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you may contact customer service to request early shipment of in-stock items. Customer service will assist with the arrangement, but additional shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.
Out-of-stock handling
- Due to the fast turnover at Dongdaemun, items may become out of stock.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a replacement or refund.
- If the refund causes the order to fall below the free shipping threshold, no compensation will be provided.
-For orders paid by credit card, a 5% handling fee will be charged for refunds
Return and exchange policy
- If it is not a quality issue (buying the wrong size, color, style, etc.), no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Provide order number.
-Unopened buttonholes, minor exposed threads, or slight fraying are normal and common in manufacturing, not considered defects.
- Dark or red products may have slight residual dye, which is normal.
- Printed products may slightly differ from website photos due to variations in cutting positions, not considered defects.
Condition Requirements
Items may be tried on, but must show no signs of wear:
- No stains, scuffs, odors, or makeup marks.
- Never washed or altered.
- Original packaging (tags, authenticity labels, accessories) must be intact.
Shipping Costs
- Customer bears return shipping costs. Compensation available if return is due to product defects or wrong shipment.
Order confirmation
- Please carefully confirm the items you are purchasing; orders cannot be changed once confirmed.
- If there are any changes to the name, address, phone number, or other information provided at the time of purchase, please contact customer service immediately.
- The store is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer if not updated promptly.
- Please allow 1-3cm differs due to manual measurement.
Price adjustments
- To accommodate periodic promotions, some items may be sold at different prices at various stages. This is a normal price adjustment, and no price difference compensation will be provided.
Currency
- All orders are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Color discrepancy
- Items may appear differently due to lighting, shooting environment, or monitor brightness, which is a normal phenomenon.
Agreement to Terms
- This store holds a Business Registration Certificate.
- By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.

退款
